History

This category collects older pieces of mine, writing from earlier years that I have brought forward because it still holds up or still says something I believe. Think of it as an archive, the work that predates much of what I do now but earned its place.

Some of these were written a long time ago, in a different phase of my life, with the voice and concerns I had at the time. I have kept them largely as they were, because there is honesty in letting old work stand rather than constantly polishing the past into something it never was.
